王立峰,男,50岁,教授,工学博士,博导,东北林业大学土木工程学院副院长(分管学院科研、实验室建设及对外服务、国际合作与交流);土木工程一级学科带头人,桥梁与隧道工程学科学术带头人;国家林业局工程质量监督管理总站检测中心主任;黑龙江省桥梁施工控制与检测加固技术重点实验室主任;黑龙江省BIM技术发展联盟专业技术委员会主任;中国图学学会制图专业技术委员会副主任,交通部桥梁检测工程师(证书编号:(公路)检师0923799Q)。主要研究方向:大跨度桥梁结构施工控制、健康监测与诊断、桥梁信息化管理及应用。

承担本、专科生、函授生的《桥梁工程》、《结构设计原理》、《桥梁检测》、《交通土建CAD》、《工程设计与效果图基础》、《AUTOCAD》等课程的讲授工作。承担研究生《悬索桥与斜拉桥》课程的讲授工作。
主持完成100余座桥梁施工监控、成桥荷载试验、2000余座旧桥检测以及公路、铁路桥梁工程中1000余项临时结构验算工作,项目分布在孟加拉国、黑龙江、浙江、广东、江西、安徽、湖南等地;主持、参与国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家、省部级及厅局级科技攻关项目20 余项。在学术刊物发表论文70余篇,主编科学出版社、中国水利水电出版社等精品规划教材6 部。获省部级科技进步二等奖3 项,三等奖2 项,省建设厅一等奖1项,获省教学成果二等奖2项。
主持黑河市大黑河岛大角度V撑蝶形拱式连续梁桥、广东东莞麻涌中心大桥、福银高速新九江长江公路大桥(主跨70+75+84+818+233.5+124.5m双塔双索面混合梁斜拉桥)施工监控(结构分析负责人,该桥为江西第一桥,其跨径位居已建和在建同类桥梁世界第6名);绥芬河斜拉桥(施工监控现场负责人,建设时为国内转体重量最大和转体跨径最大转体施工斜拉桥,其跨径组成为100+100m独塔单索面斜拉桥,单点平铰转体重量14000吨)、浙江省衢州市常山大桥(其主跨为65+108+65m矮塔斜拉桥)、浙江省衢州市紫港大桥、牡绥跨既有线连续梁桥、哈尔滨特大桥连续梁、长吉高速公路松花江特大桥、吉林松原龙华松花江特大桥等大型桥梁施工监控及成桥荷载试验,完成建三江至虎林高速公路、绥满高速、鸡讷公路等多座桥梁的检测工作,完成浙江省诸永高速公路Ⅰ段白塔枢纽异型桥、金华段大山坞桥、哈尔滨公滨立交桥270米(异形桥部分)等桥梁的施工图设计,完成多座支架施工桥梁的设计、验算工作。
指导的本科毕业论文连续9年9次获校优秀毕业论文。指导全日制博士生2人,硕士生37人、工程硕士21人,指导的研究生5次获校优秀研究生、省优秀研究生荣誉称号,2011年所指导的硕士论文获黑龙江省优秀硕士论文;2013年7月获得黑龙江省高校师德先进个人称号;2014年5月获得东北林业大学第一届青年五四奖章。

The main research direction: large-span bridge construction control, health monitoring and diagnosis. In 1997, the Bachelor Degree of Engineering in NortheastForestryUniversity was acquired. In 2004, the Bridge and Tunnel Engineering Master's Degree was awarded by NortheastForestryUniversity. In 2007 the title of associate professor was granted. In 2013, I obtained my doctorate in Forest Traffic Engineering of Northeast Forestry University.(Supervisor: Professor Jia Yanmin). In May of 2014 I entered the NortheastForestryUniversity transportation engineering post-doctoral mobile stations (Supervisor: Professor He Dongpo). I once taught many courses,such as bridge engineering, bridge detection, computer-aided design, introduction to civil engineering and other courses. I took part in completion of the 3 items of national natural science foundation projects, 12 items of national, provincial and internal science and technology research projects. Hosted and completed on-site technical responsible for 23 bridge construction monitoring projects, won 3 items of provincial science and technology progress the second prize, 2 items of the third prize, 1 item of provincial construction department the first prize. Nearly three years 36 professional articles were published in academic journals, five textbooks were edited from Science Press, China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Press and other high-quality materials.
